Jasmin Xue Long

Jasmin Xue Long

Jasmine Xue Long is one of the most distinguished and best jasmine teas from Fuding. The so-called ‘Snow Dragon’ is grown in primeval surroundings – crystal clear water and piercingly cold air lend this green tea its pure, refreshing spirit and hint of pear.

When brewed, it unfurls the splendour of its mild taste, finished with earthy undertones and the flowery fragrance of jasmine.

HEALTH BENEFITS
Jasmine tea has the same beneficial properties as green tea. It is known to reduce the risk of heart disease and osteoporosis, and contains traces of fluoride and plenty of antioxidants, which help to prevent cancer.

PREPARATION
Quantity 5 g per 1000 ml
Water temperature 85° C
1st infusion 3 minutes
2nd infusion 5-6 minutes
3rd infusion 10 minutes
You can steep this high quality jasmine tea up to three times, simply by adding fresh hot water.

ORIGIN
Jasmine Xue Long comes from Fuding, a town in the north of Fujian, on the border of the Zhejiang Province, which is equally famous for its spectacular landscape as it is for its outstanding tea plantations.

Fuding is a traditional tea-growing region, one of the ten best in China. Not only the two most popular Chinese teas, Fuding White Tea and Fuding Da Hao, originally come from this region, but also the famous Silver Needle Tea, Bai Hao Yin Zhen and many others.
