Orders are packed and sent within 1-2 business days of receiving your purchase confirmation. If we are unable to ship your item within this timeframe for any reason, we will contact you and advise when you can expect to receive your package.
Please note that if you are ordering tea accessories and/or gift items with your tea, they may be sent in separate boxes from your tea order. Free Shipping for Orders Over $60 Free ground shipping is provided for orders of tea that total more than $60.00. This applies to orders shipped to one address within the US. For multiple ship-to addresses, a shipping fee of $5.95 will be applied per additional shipping address. Purchases Under $60 For purchases under $60.00 that are shipped within the Continental U.S., a flat shipping charge of $5.95 will apply. Orders are typically shipped via USPS or UPS standard shipping methods. Expedited Shipping If you are interested in expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order. We will research pricing options, based on your required timing, and will get back with you right away with the cost options. International Orders For shipping outside of the U.S., please contact us to request a shipping estmate prior to placing your order. Please indicate what you are interested in purchasing and whether you want expedited shipping or standard shipping. Return Policy We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please let us know within 10 days of receipt of your order. To request a refund and share why you are making a return, please call owner Jules Sowder at 540-312-0667 or complete our online contact form by clicking here. Then, we will provide you with the return information and shipping address (sorry, we do not cover the cost of sending back unwanted items). We ask that you pack your returned item with care, include the packing slip you received in your box, and ship in new, original condition using USPS, UPS or FedEx (insured). You will be refunded the cost of the item, excluding shipping.
